If you want life changing results, you must visit. Its addictive if youre serious about changing your life style.- If it's your first time here, I recommend taking instructor Jose's class because his class is the easiest.

Come to the XXL class it is the best workout for your upper body around.
Done!!! And Damn you shoulda been there before its 90 degrees great workout vents kicked our ass!
