One annoying detail. The water is way too soft here. If you've worked out or have a product in your hair, good luck getting clean or having a shower take less than 20-30 minutes. Pet peeve.

Front desk staff ia relatively friendly, but that doesn't make up for the lack of a restaurant (what.place has "Suites" in the name and no restaurant or room service?!) and wretched wi-fi.

Staff is friendly, clean room, but I’ve stayed at better Fairfield’s. Location is sketchy.

Friendly staff. Somewhat incompetent when it comes to my bill. Charged my card before they were supposed to not a helpful manager.

Had our car broken into in the parking lot. Staff didn't even say sorry or help at all. They made a cop clean it up on taxpayers dollars. Boycott this hotel or you could be next.
