This burgers are "To die for" but the order takes forever! This is the only disadvantage. The guys there should pay extra attention for this point. But it's not the end of the world. Worth it.

JunakarmaAugust 6, 2015It's expected that the service would be a lil bit slow. Taking at least 20 mins or more per order, depending on customers at that time. Crowded everyday but more on weekends. But worth the waiting!
D QFebruary 13, 2015I've been to Firefly several times & I'm done with it. It's overstaffed yet lacks good service & cleanliness. The burgers are good, but that does not outweigh the quality of the services provided.

The staff is rude and unprofessional ... For gods sake they fight infront of customers and once they mocked a female customer (so rude) ! The quality of food became lower than it used to be! RIP!
Jamil LorenDecember 15, 2013I didn't like the staff, waiting time was not reasonable at all, very cold with no heating, dirty tables (if you found a table).. but on the other hand the food is just great!
