All of the service writers are very knowledgeable. If you need to bring your car in for service, and it is on Saturday, wait until noon or 1 o'clock. The line in the morning can get pretty rough.
Ask for Johnny Tisdale. He is very friendly and he knows his stuff about cars!!! Also once you start using him he will remember you and your car!!!!!!!!!!
