They will ask for your phone number when you arrive. It's for tracking you in their CRM system. It's ok to give them just the last four digits of your phone number.

The line management here is horrible. Waited an hour, as they kept bumping me down the line with excuses. Just another few minutes! Finally gave up. Never going back unless they Make it up.
