The conference center staff is in need of improvement. We had to lead them along and request normal things to be done, such as having our meeting room unlocked 30 minutes before our event.

The rooms are nice, meanwhile no microwave, no fridge & definitely no balcony. False advertising. Other things may make up for it like the jacuzzi. ☺️
