- The pool is the highlight here (obviously via the name). Excellent spot for family and full-size lanes + wonderful hot tub.
- They have open swim a lot, but you need to check the schedule. That way you can make sure the big slide is turned on.
- Least crowded times in the pool are after 7:00am and before 4pm. Swim teams invade in the early morning and after school hours which limit the number of lanes available for laps.
- Swimming, fitness, yoga classes. Indoor track and cardio machines
- Friday & Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon are days where you can almost have the gym to yourself!
- Juliane PreisserJanuary 9, 2012The zumba classes are great for people of all weights. Try it! Very fun, doesn't feel like a chore.
- Be careful January through march as the center gets full of people trying to fulfill new years resolutions and it can be hard to find a machine at times. Usually this isn't an issue though.
- Tell the folks in the cardio room to turn off politics and turn on sports.
- Before noon and after eight pm on the weekdays are the least busy.
