Get these: Chickpea fries, potato gratin, burger, oysters, cheese plate, charcuterie board, and the desert pudding with cinnamon and Graham crackers. Ask for Tim. He's awesome.

Starting to sense the trend in Williamsburg-esque bars but hey, beats the crap out of Canz. This place is warm and cozy on winter nights and the cocktails are top notch. Get dat Purple Drank!

Came back to Front Toward Enemy after about a year hiatus. Flatbread appetizer was delicious, though we will forever miss chickpea fries. Veggie burger also good.

Great ambiance with low lighting, plush leather seating and a large space.. Extremely friendly staff and very good service.. Very good drinks..

The banana bread and butter pudding is so good! The cocktails are all well crafted, & they definitely sneak up on you.

The M18 is no joke, and the Spiked Whiskey is amazing: smoky, a little sweet, gentle balance. Also, the servers were all very attentive.

Converted sports bar into hipster / daytime drinking waterhole -- perfect for weekend brunches. Great addition to the LIC-Astoria scene!

The lamb chops here are amazing. I also love the design here. Great place for a night out with friends.

This place has definitely changed. No longer about high end cocktails, still decent as a pub with a nice staff but not the same vibe
