Galaxy Chocolate
Comes w/ your choice of filling: strawberry, raspberry, apricot, vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese. We then ice the cake in chocolate buttercream & drizzle chocolate ganache elegantly over the sides. We finish this cake w/ simple, open-tipped borders.
Galaxy Vanilla
Comes w/ your choice of filling: strawberry, raspberry, apricot, vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese. It is then iced in our rich vanilla buttercream w/ a white chocolate ganache drizzled elegantly over the sides. We finish this cake w/ simple, open-tipped borders.
2 Layer Round Cakes‏: Specialty Cakes
Strawberry Champagne
Each layer of vanilla cake is brushed w/ strawberry-infused champagne. The cake is then filled w/ a layer of vanilla cream & champagne soaked strawberries. Vanilla buttercream enrobes this decadent cake, & the sides are finished w/ toasted almond slivers. The finishing touch is a pair of fresh strawberries sitting on top
Chocolate Chambord
Each layer of chocolate cake is drizzled w/ raspberry liqueur, & it is then filled & iced w/ chocolate buttercream. A layer of decadent ganache is then poured over the entire cake creating a smooth, glossy finish. This cake is completed w/ a simple chocolate buttercream border.
Italian Cream
This traditional favorite starts w/ vanilla cake infused w/ walnuts & coconut, then filled & iced w/ our rich cream cheese icing. A layer of walnut pieces around the sides of the cake adds the final touch
4 Layer Round Cakes
We keep 8” 2 layer specialty cakes in our case on a daily basis for you to stop in & purchase but if you would like to place an order for one, we require a 48 hour notice.
