At Ganesha, we focus on beginners and people who mistakenly think you have to be a human pretzel to enjoy time on your yoga mat. We have beginning, moderate and active yoga classes, yoga for men and HeavyWeight Yoga, as well as Pilates, Qi Gong, and a bunch of really fun dance classes.
