Gateway Lodge

Gateway Lodge provides the perfect setting for work and pleasure. Our conference center includes a reception area, meeting room with projection board, porches, and a fully functional kitchen. The center comfortably accommodates a group of up to 40 guests. Nestled among hemlock and white pine, the hand-hewn log construction of the lodge’s facilities offers the warmth and charm of simpler times. A natural, rustic atmosphere, coupled with unparalleled service, Gateway Lodge provides the ideal setting for your next corporate retreat.

Aveda Body Rituals

Escape to the quiet of the woods for a weekend or a week-long stay in one of our six cozy, rustic cabins, each with an outdoor fire ring and picnic area. Cabins sleep from two to six persons. And most include kitchens and comfortable living rooms. Linens are provided. All cabin with kitchens include cooking utensils, tableware and serving dishes. 1/8th cord of firewood is also provided as part of your stay. Additional firewood may be purchased at Main Lodge. While our cabins are not air-conditioned, they are shaded by surrounding trees. When you stay at a Gateway Cabin, prepare to disconnect from being easily accessible as cabins do not have WiFi, cell phone reception or telephones in them. While some love being away from their phones, we are happy to provide a phone at the lodge in case you need to use one. Please also prepare for possible encounters with our woodland creatures. While utmost care goes into the maintenance of our facilities, on a rare occasion a mouse or squirrel may come for a visit. And bear, raccoons, and deer have been known to go grazing through our woods.

Showcasing exquisite hardwoods and reclaimed materials, plush linens and pampering amenities; it's the cabin you've been searching for. When you stay in a Luxury Cabin, prepare to disconnect from the world as there is no mobile reception, television or phones in them. While some love being away from their phones, we are happy to provide a phone at the lodge for your use.

Ideal for a family or corporate retreat, Black Bear Cabins, our sister property, features four cozy, well-appointed Retreat Cabins featuring wood burning fireplaces, TV and Wi-Fi, private decks, outdoor campfires, picnic areas, and secluded scenic views. Here, you'll find plenty of reasons to venture outdoors. Float down the Clarion River. Hike along ancient growth trails in Cook Forest. Or climb boulders at Clear Creek State Park. And if you're lucky, spot a Black Bear along the way.
