Thomas BMarch 13, 2014Skip the buffet. It used to be awesome but its just not worth $36. Everything was ok but out of over 20 things we tried, nothing was great.

Greg FrikorOctober 3, 2011If u want to go for a run, it's about a mile the whole way round the hotel.
Apparently "Sora" is Japanese for "always closed". It seems that when the hotel is below a certain occupancy, they will close this restaurant, not just early, but completely.

David JayMay 26, 2013Went to a convention here for a graduation and it was awful. They charged $18 for visitor parking and every single water cooler was empty and ignored by the staff. Terrible coffee is $4 though.
If you need general assistance or any amenities delivered to the room. Bell services can help you out.
Love the atruims. Recommend staying in key west section , easier parking.

There is nothing to not like about this place!! Make sure you check out Wreckers!!
Best to bring your own snacks. Food can be tough to come by.

Rude wait staff at the convention service. Wait till I'm done chewimg before you ask for my plate!- Management here should be embarrassed. Seriously they are that rude. I would not hold another event here on a bet.
