Genesys athletic club is about the one thing that matters most – your health. Optimum health is a delicate balance between physical fitness, proper nutrition and mental well-being.

Education

Genesys‎ athletic club offers a variety of classes on nutrition, fitness and health through genesys athletic club university (gac u) . Classes are taught by genesys athletic club staff and local health professionals. For more information on gac u’s upcoming classes

Support

Genesys athletic club has a team of nurses, health educators and fitness professionals called “wellness navigators.” their job is to help define your health and fitness goals, and offer support as you work toward meeting those goals.

Fitness Specialists

Genesys athletic club has a team of degreed, certified fitness professionals called “fitness specialists.” their job is to evaluate your current level of fitness, create a customized fitness program that will support you in meeting your specific health and fitness goals, and orientate you to our facility and equipment.

Gac Renew‎

Renew is a twelve week weightloss/wellness/fitness program designed just for women. Upon joining you will receive your own wellness coach who will personalize the program to your needs. Renew offers support through daily fitness classes, regular wellness presentations, accountability, healthy snack samples, online/ local health resources and much, much more

Couch to 5k walking the track or trails

Baby Boomer boot camp

GAC Transformation Challenge‎

Frustrated? Want to lose weight or gain muscle? Stuck in the cardio area because you’re not comfortable using the weights area? Need extra Motivation? Then you need the Genesys Athletic club’s The Transformation Challenge!

The Transformation Challenge is a 12-week program where you’ll:

Be in a small group of 3-4 people

Workout with your group’s personal trainer each week for one hour

Keep personal food logs

Receive nutrition counseling

Receive weekly emails offering encouragement and delicious recipes
