Ensure you check your order before you walk away, ordered a roast beef and cheddar got corn beef on rye, took it back the sandwich makers didn't know the roast beef and cheddar came with cheese!!

2nd time here & I still like it. Bagel was hot & not burnt, contents w/i were hot & not burnt as well. Staff was friendly as always & food was made quickly.

Got the Brooklyn Rubin on sourdough. It was awesome and didn't take that long. It just took forever to wait for the cashier to stop yapping to her airport friends in line before me.

Be sure to ask how old is the bagel. Morning is fresher than afternoon, but neither was made today or even yesterday.

This place is a HOT MESS. Ideally just avoid but if you’ve got to get something be sure to check your order before you go because it’s gonna be wrong.

Very hot coffee. Bagels just aren't great, or maybe I'm just spoiled by my NYC tastes, as these aren't NYC bagels at all.

If you're cutting it close, get breakfast somewhere else. They're really slow with food.

Sure the bagel was hot but it was also burnt, something I didn't realize till I opened the box on the plane. Not enjoyeable. #disappointed

I got the "Brooklyn Reuben". Very thin and possibly the worst looking Reuben I've ever seen.
