Very decent gym! Bodypump and Spin are the best. It's all about early AM, not crowded. I do wish the music on overhead was better and the old ladies wouldn't hog up the pool lanes!

It's too damn small and gets crowded EASY!! Was there on a Sunday chill afternoon and every leg machine was occupied. If it's like this on a Sunday - Forget it during the week.

This is the cleanest Golds Gym I've seen--with the most amenities. It's also the busiest gym with the most limited hours of operation--they need to revise their hours to match the membership demand.

Train with Ryan. I've been working with trainers at various places for years and I've had the best results with him. He listens to your goals & will help you achieve them.

Usually, I am there before 5pm, you don't have to wait for machines because most of them are available. I really like that about this gym. Employees are fantastic and they're always helpful.

I like to soak up some sun and a quick snack at the park like area on the upper level.It is a very nice , quite area with a nice view of the tall buildings downtown.great place to Chillax!

If you have not taken "the" famous class, aka Latin Cardio with Alfredo, then you have been missing out in one of the best workouts!

The hours listed on foursquare are wrong. Weekdays open 5am-11pm, weekend open 7am-9pm. Fri opens at 5am but closes at 9pm.

If you are having trouble getting motivated, then train with Ryan Dudley. He'll make the workout fun, and push u just enough that u won't want to quit.

I've been a Bally's & LA Fitness member..they don't compare to Gold'$. Cool staff, great trainers and activities ...awesome establishment, amazing Spa next door ...when are they handing out the $$...

It is Gold's Gym so not that clean...but huge number and variety of machines are worth coming for.

In my 10 years in LA I've worked out at Crunch, 24-Hour, Bally's Muscle System and LA Fitness. Gold's is still the best and my favorite. (except for the music, it SUCKS)
