Get on the incline mills that are near Classic Golds. They are great for HIIT and have your own tv to stay occupied & you can upload your workout results right to Facebook!
Matt EAugust 30, 2011Try not to interact with the staff - they're often gruff. Better yet, join a different gym...the city has a nice one called Smith Aquatic and Fitness Center.
Ask about the pool deals with hotels--you can still swim without joining one if the other, more expensive gyms!- Aja totally rocks! Super-helpful with anything you need.
Rush hour is 5:00 to 7:00pm stay away. Good any other time.
