- Todd ChapmanSeptember 8, 2014Very nice resort with beautiful views, though it is decidedly not stroller-friendly. If you have little ones, plan on carrying them up and down lots of steps.
- Rosemarie ClohisyFebruary 4, 2013Excellent service and food. Only complaint: the pools are really heavy on the chemicals. My child and several of her friends ended up with a nasty chlorine rash. We'll be back, but NOT for the pool!Upvoted Aug 15
- Grand GenevaFebruary 14, 2013Relax next to a roaring fire in the lobby and enjoy live music performed nightly - enjoy our new entertainment options ranging from piano players to a contemporary jazz trio and a new guitarist.
- Anna WidupDecember 3, 2015chophouse was excellent, had fun in the waterpark, christmas lights and decorations are on point. excellent serviceUpvoted Aug 18
- VISITMilwaukeeJanuary 27, 2012Enjoy a getaway for golfing, hitting the slopes or relaxing in the spa. A great venue for events from weddings to conventions. Check out the TV in the bathroom mirror!
- Sharada KettleSeptember 21, 2013At the lobby bar, best deal was the humus app! Huge plate of humus, various veg, and yummy, warm, grilled flatbread wedges!
- Grand GenevaOctober 13, 2012Enter our Great Pumpkin Contest. See your server at when you dine at one of the following restaurants – Geneva ChopHouse, Ristorante Brissago or Grand Café for more details. Contest ends October 31st.
- Emily BakerApril 9, 2012Golf, Hiking, Swimming & Spa! GReat landscaping! Fun plan to do a walk around the property then have lunch overlooking pool!
- Miki Shim-RutterFebruary 20, 2011Cute little ski hill. Bit expensive in my opinion if you have to rent your own skis/board. Hotel is nice. Lots of free "experiences" plus great fitness center. Family friendly.
- Highly recommended, esp. Chicagoans with kids that want to travel by car, close to home -- they cater to families! Read more
- Matthew RathboneFebruary 12, 2012In the room, spare power sockets are on the side if the desk, and the inside of a bedside table. No need to unplug the lamps!
- Craig J.December 1, 2011If it's cold out, try the sauna in the spa to warm up. If it's hot out, try the sauna to purify your soul.
- Craig J.December 1, 2011There's a beautiful basketball court in the spa! Shoot some baskets and dribble around for great exercise.
- Kathryn ThomasSeptember 11, 2011There's tons of outlets in the rooms. They're on the side of the dresser, nightstand, etc. Staff are excellent.
- Nice place. More outlets spread thruout the room. I counted 6. God food and pleasant service. Not a physical disability friendly layout.
- Chriss HildebrandApril 24, 2013If you call the concierge they will have a microwave sent to your room. ..a feature not usually there but useful for people like me who bring food because of allergies
- Reserve a room facing the golf course/water, or else you'll be looking at an uninspiring parking lot.
- Aaron K.March 14, 2011TV in the bathroom mirror is cool. It's my wife's birthday & they gave us chocolate covered strawberries for free!
- Tom BirkenmeyerMarch 31, 2010Amazing food, amazing chocolate Martinis by the open fire pit outside over looking their little lake at night!
- Odd place, a former Playboy Club Resort. Location is not optimal.
- In Cafe Gelato there are chocolate covered squares on a stick. Threw two half eaten ones in the trash, you've been warned.
- Ashley MSeptember 14, 2014Would never ever recommend anyone to stay here. Worst service as soon as I checked in. I will never be back. No person should ever be hassled as soon as they walk in the door.
- The tv in the bathroom doesn't have all the channels it says.
- Coolest room feature, a tv in the mirror in the bathroom.
- Allison BuchananMay 13, 2010Not many outlets in the room available for electronics recharge and walls extremely thin. Feel like I'm living with my neighbor! Property is beautiful tho.
- Molly TullisAugust 11, 2011We went to the Italian restaurant "Brissago". They said it was number one in the state, but the service was terrible and the food was bland, and the salads were awful. Try Chop House instead.
- Mike NowakFebruary 2, 2013Weak wireless connection. Not a big deal to me but I know others weren't pleased.
