Mani BhambraNovember 16, 2014This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. They charge £25.00 for using WiFi and that price is for PER DEVICE! They also charge if you would like to use the safe in your room at the same price!

LoriJuly 8, 2014DONT STAY HERE! So disappointed that GS has added a Dolphin Prison. Animal slavery is NEVER ok!! They reply that if we don't like it we don't have to look, but did the captive dolphins get a choice?

De los mejores hoteles que conozco!!! El Spa, Las Albercas, Los cuartos, El Jacuzii Pff todo esta genial!
El hotel tiene áreas nuevas y buenas y también. Áreas viejas falta mantenimiento en los cuartos

El servicio de reservaciones es nefasto, y peor aun en la recepción el supervisor Aldo que no es capaz de resolver los problemas que se le presentan
