Main Menu

Guri do Sul Brazilian Steakhouse offers a unique style of dining to guests. Our gourmet salad bar, comprising over 30 items to choose from, is the first course. Following the salad bar, 12 different cuts of meat will be offered, including flank steak, top sirloin, ribeye, lamb, chicken legs, shrimp, bacon wrapped chicken, and parmesan pork. All cuts are served tableside on hot skewers and sliced at your preferred temperature. Pair your carnivorous feast with a wine from our extensive list or a caipirinha, a traditional Brazilian drink made with cachaca. Don't forget to save room for one of our fresh homemade desserts. This rodizio style of dining is not only a tradition in Brazil, but a way of life then and now.

Come enjoy our wonderfully stocked salad bar as part of our standard dual course meal or come enjoy it by itself. We carry about 25 - 30 items for your choosing that range from fresh seafood, a wonderful cheese assortment, a create your own salad selection, and several tradtional brazilian dishes

Famous and well liked in South American countries, especially Brazil, this prime cut of top sirloin is known as "Picanha". In some South American countries, it is considered to be the most flavorful cut of meat, more so than even filet mignon. At Guri do Sul, our gaucho chefs carefully prepare and carve each piece

Beef Ancho (Ribeye)

A popular favorite in Brazil and South American countries, the marbling of our ribeye cuts lend to its tender, juicy flavor. With just the right amount of seasoning, our chefs delicately use the churrasco way of cooking to prepare this popular cut. Try this Brazilian favorite and enjoy the result of our careful preparation

Costela (Beef Ribs)

The gaucho chefs at Guri do Sul lightly season and slowly cook our Costela (Beef Ribs) for many hours before serving them. Their rich, distinct flavor will surely captivate all those who try them

Alcatra (Sirloin Cubes)

Popular in Brazil and other South American cuisines, Alcatra is a traditional favorite. Our chefs start with only high-quality sirloin cuts, which are then trimmed into smaller cubes. Similar to Picanha, the sirloin cubes are lightly season, skewered, and fire-grilled to perfection

Fraldinha "Flank" (Bottom Sirloin)

Fraldinha is known for its tender, juicy characteristics. This cut–the bottom sirloin–has a delicious and distinct taste, know throughout the world especially in Brazil and South American countries where churasco cooking is popular

Filet Mignon (Tenderloin)

Our expert gaucho chefs start with what is considered to be the most tender cut of beef; the tenderloin. We expertly prepare and lightly season our filet mignon steak, grilling it to your specific liking. We also offer a slight variation to this; a filet mignon steak is first wrapped in bacon, lightly seasoned and slowly grilled rotisserie-style. Be sure to try both delicious variations of this traditional Brazillian favorite

Costela De Porco (Pork Ribs)

Costela de Porco (Pork Ribs) are prepared using our secret mix of dry and wet seasonings and artfully roasted over an open flame churrasco style. If it's baby back ribs you're looking for, look no further than Guri do Sul!

Linguica (Brazilian Sausage)

Guri do Sul's Brazilian-style pork sausage (Linguica) is sure to be one of your favorites! The unique blend of seasonings culminates into a moutwatering, robust dish. Be sure to try our Linguica on your next visit!

Lombo (Parmesan Pork)

Lombo is prepared by starting with our finest cuts of pork tenderloin. These tenderloins are cut into filets and seasoned using our own signature mix of Parmesan and seasonings, and grilled churrasco style over an open flame

Guri do Sul pepares Frango ("chicken") two ways. We offer delicately seasoned chicken legs for more of a traditional Frango taste, as well as our special bacon wrapped chicken breast cubes with light seasoning. Be sure to try both on your next visit to Guri do Sul!

A nice addition to accompany your feast of meats is followed by a sweetened taste of delicious pineapple seasoned with cinnamon, brown sugar, and honey to give your palate some excitement

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños

Hollowed-out Jalapeños stuffed with a Banana style Caribbean cheese and wrapped in bacon, cooked to a nice crisp with a melted cheese center. Rated as one of the staff's favorites
