This vineyard is mostly Muscadine, which isn't for me, but the people who work here are super friendly and it's a nice place to visit while you are visiting Helen.
It was a cute little shop, but the young lady serving wasn’t personable, at all. She stood and played on her ph after pouring our “samples”. She rushed us out w/o more than two words. Will no return.
Wine is ok but I've experienced much better tastings. It felt rushed. If I had to pick a fave it was the Creekwood Cab. The HabershamScarlett was good but not enough to make me want to take it home.
Habersham Winery has been producing award winning Georgia wines since 1983 and is one of Georgia's oldest and largest wineries.Located one half mile south of Alpine Helen in Nacoochee Village, the winery is open daily for complimentary tastings.
