Very clean. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Complementary breakfast buffet every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Been here 5+ times
Construction was finished before I came and so no problems. Room has a fridge and microwave and single serve coffee maker. Third floor is quiet.

The shuttle service is anything but punctual. First night we waited 30 minutes. Second night we waited over an hour. Complained to service desk they had no explanation

Do not recommend this by any means. Construction all over the hotel, noisy. Nothing decent to eat at nearby. Hyatt Place is much better right up the street.
