Our high-speed wireless internet is free throughout the hotel for guests and has been upgraded since the 2011 comment! It is now truly high speed! :)

Lousy Wi-Fi, but at least it works. At home I get screaming network speeds via my cyan-colored Nokia Lumia 920 (30+ MB/s) on my Verizon FiOS service.

They don't have a guest laundry room in the hotel. You have to go to the hotel next door and it cost $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry.
