Red dragon, but everything is good. Hiro is a master, and he always gives you a little something extra. Best sushi in Springfield.- Really charming little place. Not much seating if you want to dine in, but the sushi is among the best of town and the host/chef Hiro is amazing and very generous.
- Best sushi on the prairie-- or perhaps anywhere. Master Hiro is a creative genius. Bring your own wine. He has wineglasses now.
