Very expensive but worth it once in a while. Mille Crepes is their signature cake. I think all of their cakes are mouthwateringly delicious. Most importantly, nothing is overly sweet.
Winson WongFebruary 10, 2015Harbs is from Japan so naturally their cakes are a little lighter than Western cakes. The cakes tastes good but expensive - $11 for one slice. Tables at the back are good for chatting and working.
