Its a wonder everybody in Phoenix isnt dying of thirst... 3 hours in the dock for 23 pallets and STILL not unloaded, pathetic....
Not a pleasant atmosphere, very busy, lots of weird, crowded, and just an over all uncomfortable feeling.
Service sucks. Waitress gives pathetic excuse for not letting you close your tab when you're ready to leave.
Don't bother with the restaurant, only one staff member workin at a time n they clearly dnt care tht you've been standin there for half an hour! N they use the same tongs for all the food.

The whole restaurant smells like old food and mildew. The surfaces are sticky and the furniture is replete with rips, stains and who knows what else. Hope died here long ago.
Double check your order! I've only been here twice. Both times I ordered large fries and they only filled the holder half way AND gave me the wrong drink.

Okay. The only cool stuff here is candy. The chicken is awful. The bologna biscuits are burnt, the biscuits themselves are terrible. But I like the pizza. And the cashier guys are pretty cool.
First plate of pancakes I got had 2 pieces of HAIR!!!!! Sent them back, and the next plate I got of pancakes had 3 PIECES OF HAIR!!!!!!!! And still got charged! Nastiest, worst IHOP I've ever been too
I had terrible service. The one behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friend than listening to what I wanted. Had to wait to get my burrito remade, and it still tasted bland.

Service here is terrible. Waitress put down plates and dishes so hard they sounded like they might break. She sprinkled parmesan cheese on my food & me & yelled to other servers while at our table.

I set up an appointment to find my wedding dress, had to wait before anyone helped me, and then the lady that was assigned to help me kept disappearing. When I came to pick up my dress they were worse

It's McDonald's. 90% of the staff are kids. So what if they screw up an order, they've always corrected the error no questions ask. Just avoid the blonde manager on day shift. Cold, mean, etc
staff can't be bothered to clear the tables. Plus we were ignored as we waited to be seated. The departing guests waiting to pay were overlooked as well. Oh, and it took way too long to get our meal.
Shrimp scampi is plain shrimp and noodles. Shrimp were tiny and not deveined. Flys attack you on the deck and a mouse scurried by. Not worth the prices. Won't be returning.
