Patti LeeJanuary 3, 2013I have been here 3 hours for a service and i had an appointment. This is ridiculous. Don't attempt to bring your car if you have other plans or have to go back to work.
They said an afternoon service would be faster. They said the wait would be shorter. They said less than an hour and a half. They lied.
