Sausage bites plate (4 types of sausage w/ gravy) w/ sauerkraut as your side (skip the red cabbage). A pint of dark Warsteiner Dunkel is the way to go for a tasty brew. Most affordable eats in Solvang

Sausage plate with the sourkrout and cabbage is killer. Add a 33oz Pilzner and you're in for a great meal.

Definitely order the sausage plate for two and sample all four varieties. Wash it down w/ a nice 33oz draft in a classic stein.
