Their produce is better and sometimes even cheaper than hartman's. Good local treats selection. Really hard to find staff in here for help, even though they're friendly

Students receive a 10% discount on Sundays-bring your i.d. Great bulk selection! Spices are really affordable. Honey, maple syrup, oils &peanut butter in bulk bring ur own container/buy a plastic one.

Loads of gluten free goodies available here! And barley bread and rye bread from grainfields bakery are delivered on Wednesdays.

A weak comparison to the Wellington Herb & Spice, but about as good as it gets for variety in organic produce on Bank St in Centretown.

It's very dusty .. and some of the produce is very expensive. But i guess it's the only shop of this type downtown so it'll do.

Some of the staff seem like grumpy hipsters filled with angst against "the man". Otherwise, great shop.
