Simply amazing how slow this location is!! Doesn't matter coming or going total lack of respect for customer time!- Good people, no issues, no problems from pick-up at the airport to delivery of the car... and then the return just as smooth.
The slowest location. Book another company if traveling to Philly.
MeMay 9, 2014The manager refused to help me when there were 15 people in line behind me and if already been waiting in line for an hour. He went back in his glass box and closed the door. Completely useless.
Jonathan FJanuary 2, 2013...The shuttle interval is extremely slow. . Sometimes they are so slow they come in twos....and then you wait for another 20 min. If you miss it.
Save yourself the stress and rent from someone else. At least an hour wait for an economy car when I had a reservation for an SUV. Prepaid so nothing they could do about the price.

Hope RobbNovember 5, 2013Had to take an Avis shuttle because the Hertz bus did not come around for over 25 minutes... Make sure you have some wiggle room with your time!
This Hertz sucks. Cars not in spots. Not enough employees at the desks. Long stretches between shuttles. Give yourself more time than should be necessary.
Do the Hertz shuttles run as frequently as other companies? Not exactly.
