- Once you hit Gold status you have access to the "Executive Lounge": free breakfast, Free happy hour, and delicious appetizers(Alaskan king crab legs yesterday!!). Very courteous and friendly waiters.
Interesting views of the area from the rooms. Some of the surrounding buildings are historically significant.

Great stay, staff was kind, clean rooms. They did not replace toiletries each day but no complaints.
Dana PadillaJune 2, 2013This place had come a long way from the outdated Crown Plaza it was. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms look great and are updated. Coffee makers in the room for the free coffee thing.
Best hotel in downtown Albany. The renovations have really made it a great spot.

Ask for a check-out extension if you need it. Delayed from 11 to 2 with no problem

Ask for Angelo......he will give you a ride anywhere you want to go and pick you up after.
