- Travel + LeisureOctober 9, 2013This hotel has 240-degree views of the city and Waitemata Harbour from its front suites. Rooms are simple—sparse furnishings; large beds—but the lively Fish restaurant and Bellini Bar make up for it.
- RobAugust 27, 2016A low price to value ratio here. I expect a lot more for a $20 poached eggs on toast. Like the bread being toasted for a start. For that price it better be some gourmet bread as well.
- Thea GroomMay 20, 2014Have brekky outside on the balcony. It's WOW And the chef cooks your eggs as you like them right there in front of you. Best brekky spot in the world.
- Sarah BiggsApril 5, 2023Great views of the Harbour. Nice spacious rooms and patio. Great breakfast buffet. Nice professional service.

- Great hotel with stunning views over Auckland Harbour! If you're travelling NZ be sure to check out Hilton Lake Taupo and Hilton Queenstown too! All unique properties with great views and locations!
- Jamie FDecember 10, 2016If you have breakfast here at the fish restaurant be prepared to be overcharged. $10 for poached eggs and $5 for each cup of expresso. You'd wonder if this was actually a five star hotel at the end
- Try to get a high floor with a view of the harbor. The front rooms are the best.
- Mark WagnerApril 28, 2014Off menu basil pesto veggie finger sandwiches with side salad and chips... $15 delivered to the room in 15 minutes at lunchtime. :)
- PatrickDecember 12, 2014Breakfast is great, lots to choose from and a nice outdoor area to enjoy the sunrise.
- Hilton Hotels & ResortsFebruary 24, 2012With a menu designed by New Zealand Master Chef Simon Gault, Fish Restaurant lets you experience incredible sweeping views over Auckland Harbor!
- Jamie FDecember 10, 2016Came to stay for a night. Paid 435nzd for a basic king room with no views. Called concierge and was told a dead no for any complimentary water from the bar fridge. Pigeons runabout the diner at Fish
- Nice hotel breakfast, but order an espresso coffee. The filter stuff here doesn't really cut it.
- Marc Van der ChijsJanuary 29, 2012Check out the pool, it's a V-shaped 'infinity' pool almost right above the hotel entrance. Very cool design!
- Park at the downtown carpark instead of right at the hotel. Way way cheaper.
