- Brenda ParrishApril 20, 2013Breakfast in the restaurant is great. If not busy, the shuttle drivers will be happy to take you to local restaurants. Voodoo donuts is a couple blocks to the rear.
- The OtaqueenNovember 27, 2011Lobby needs some updating but the room is very nice and, thanks to Priceline, only $20 more than the crime-scene Motel 6 we almost stayed at in Medford. Worth scary night roads and fog to push thru.
- Island BruinAugust 24, 2017Nice size rooms. Try to get a room facing downtown. Or get ready for loud trains.
- Beth JohnsonFebruary 11, 2012Just ask fir a room on the other side of the building from the train, and think of the great old songs that celebrated hearing the lonely whistle.
- Spencer SorrellMarch 14, 2014Friendly staff. Standard Hilton amenities; nothing special. Property is definitely aging, yet kept fairly clean. My parlor suite was nice, enjoyed evening in Executive lounge. WiFi was pretty bad.
- Erin ElyMarch 23, 2012Beds are very comfortable. No train noise for me. Get room on far side away from train tracks. Say Hi to Kim at the front desk.
- Great place for meetings. Excellent conference staff
- Parlor Suite, large but not so nice. Stained carpets and hornets on the windows. Duck game big screen, not really - it's a pull down overhead screen with shitty projection. Come on Baron - invest!
- Could've stayed at a Marriott hotel for the same price INCLUDING free parking and wi-fi.
- Eric FMay 3, 2014Bar closes at 1130pm on Friday and room service too. Great service #Hilton #Eugene #fail thanks for forcing me to go spend my money somewhere else and your elevators broke too. #sucking
- Justin DuffyAugust 24, 2012The train is actually quite relaxing. If one knows how to enjoy such a sound. Sweet dreams.
- Wifi is complimentary in the lobby or with your gold and diamond hilton honors status.
- Rob LydicAugust 18, 2011I love Eugene. This place is showing it's age and should be downgraded from the Hilton brand. It is ok and the trains are annoying but I expect more from a full service Hilton
- Nadia GreeneSeptember 20, 2011Generally disappointing. Breakfast nor wifi included. Lobby was shiny but over all felt like a 2.5 star hotel. I will be staying at b/b next time.
- Kimberly W.October 13, 2010if you are a light sleeper, this place may not be for you because of a train that passes through, which feels like, every 30 min.
- Beau ThomasApril 7, 2011No free wifi, Gift shop is a joke(just candy bars), no free parking(10 bucks a day!)
- Service quality seems to go down with every visit. Very disappointing experience.
- Lorri SmithApril 12, 2014Beds are so comfy! Great night of sleep. Do not order the pizza combo for room service. Lousy deal and worse taste. Train wasnt very loud.. didnt wake us at all.
- Nina TurkDecember 17, 2011The shower was the worst I've had in a hilton. The water was hardly luke warm for the first half of my shower then when the heat clicked on, I had two options: freezing cold or scalding hot.
- chelle timmreckJanuary 27, 2012The no wifi sucks. For what you pay it should be free. They are losing more travelers than gaining revenue on fees charged
- Valet parking is a joke. And rooms are showing their age.
