My favorite place to stay in the city. Great location. Close enough to all the attractions of Time Square and Central Park but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle when you need to rest.

Great rates in January, quality/classy/modern/clean rooms, friendly staff worked with me when my debit card had issues, excellent location near Central Park and Times Square!

They offer free wakeup calls! Just be sure to leave the Do Not Disturb sign OFF your door. A nice Hispanic lady will come and knock on your door until you're awake, and for some time after as well.

great hotel w/ friendly helpful people & iincredible valet service,along with a great restaurant attached - Empire Steak House who has suberb steak & Seafood & great service!

We loved the place. Very close to subway, Central Park, Times Square and shops. The rooms could be sound proof though.

The hotel close to time square and you can go anywhere easyly. Also union square could be second option. Mostly who are a new yorker they hangout in union square.

Actually a new hotel. Fairly sized rooms. Housekeeping comes a little too early and the fitness center works fine. There's a Crunch and Subway across the street.

I expected more from a Hilton property. The elevators are horrible...it can take forever to get to your room. Rooms are small and the walls are thin. Doors slam loud when people leave their rooms.

AC is impossible to fathom - laminated instructions beside unit do not actually tell you how to set temperature - got there by trial and error. King bed made up with Queen sized fitted sheet !

I expected better from a Hilton. Get a room higher than the 4th floor if you want a view.

А мне понравился отель. Душ съемный. Номера чистые. Только вот иногда пахнет канализацией из слива. Есть холодильник и микроволновка-тоже удобно!

Quartos e localização boa, o café literalmente é só um café ☕️, tem uma padaria na esquina, muito boa e preço acessível, o café da manhã no restaurante anexo ao hotel é muito caro $60,00 o casal

Сервис 👎еще до заезда списывают стоимость сразу за все время пребывания(а не за первую ночь как во всех приличных отелях) + депозит,при этом ваш номер запросто могут отдать ранее приехавшему.😡
