- Best hotel in NYC in my opinion. Great rates and amazing rooms and staff. Not too mention awesome roof top bar! This is the One of my top 3 places I stay in NYC.
- Great hotel! Very modern/sleek feel. Walking dist to Penn Station. Close to everything. Ask for a room facing north on a high floor for great views of Empire State Building.
- Stayed for 1 week at a Queen bedroom. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and close to everything. Free internet at the lobby. Earplugs on bedside.
- Nice hotel in a great spot. If you want a refrigerator in your room request it and they'll bring one up.
- If you need Wifi: go to the Lobby and enter the free access. After you accepted terms and conditions for the free wifi it should work in your room. After 24hours do the same thing at the lobby again )
- Richard RevillaAugust 12, 2019Very reasonable rates and very good location. Rooms are small and roof top is worth the visit.
- ᴡᴡᴡ.Bob.pwho.ru EricksonMay 12, 2014One of the best bargain boutique hotels in NYC. Last night, I paid $88 + tax (AAA rate). Whoever said that this hotel is expensive is simply wrong. It's always cheaper than comparable NYC hotels.
- Nice rooms. Comfy beds. Great location. Great service and they have a business room for printing. They let us check in SUPER early. Highly recommend!!
- Jan AguJuly 28, 2013Decent place to stay in NYC. Rooms are small but bed is comfy, bathrooms are well-maintained. Narrow halls, oldish carpeting. Great location!
- Emre AktunaSeptember 13, 2016Nice rooms amazing staff. Highly recommendable. You also have to drink something in rooftop bar
- Great Hotel, clean and organize. Good rooftop. Be careful with the bell boys and their taxi recommendations.
- Liz HarknessJuly 7, 2016If you can, splurge on the breakfast in bed after a late night on the town. Worth every penny.
- Don’t get fooled with the rooftop bar. They often rent it out for private events which means *no access for hotel guests* on those days! This happened 3/5 nights during my stay, super disappointed.
- Moe DexlerSeptember 7, 2016Go with the Sunac coupon for breakfast. It is $12.50 to spend down the street. Can't beat it.
- Karina RodriguezMay 17, 2013Order room service or downstairs to the Rare Restaurant, one of the best Cesar Salad I ever had.
- The rooftop bar is a little cheesy, but it has a nice view. Worth standing in line behind the velvet rope to take the trip up.
- Excellent location. Small rooms, but great bathroom.
- Fabian S.October 7, 2015Almost no Hhonors Diamond recognition. No upgrade, no lounge, only continental breakfast, upgrade to buffet is $7.00. Very small room but clean.
- Go to the roof bar, Rare View, and ask the cute Asian bartender, Zao for a Mojito. Best in the city by far. Mention my name for a locals discount!
- VictorJune 7, 2016Rooms are small like every hotel in the area but service, location, views and installations are great.
- Moe DexlerJune 9, 2016Voucher for breakfast at a place nearby is key. Generous amount and nice clean place.
- Andrea GFebruary 5, 2012Unorganized check in on a Saturday. Finally got our room and waited over 25 minutes for 3 out of our 4 pieces PF luggage. Otherwise very nice rooms and great rooftop bar:-).
- Rooms are small, but staff hearts are huge! Be sure to snag a free cupcake at the front desk, as well as the Wifi code...
- Be prepared for a room with out temperature control. It's either cold enough to hang sides of beef or hot enough to sweat like you're in the sauna.
- Ferrell DatcherOctober 31, 2011Check out the Rooftop Bar. Spectacular views of the city, reasonably priced, and protected from the elements!
- John (aka “PHATFoodFan”)January 27, 2016Service is good but pack light, closets are tiny...about 18 inches wide! They do make efficient use of space though.
- Dmytro AnopchenkoDecember 16, 2011Secret tip for a free wifi. Login: hilton_elite password: guest. Get it free, worked for me ;)
- Urn LahzerFebruary 6, 2012Don't leave your things with the front desk. A friend had a card stolen from his bag and used immediately at the store right near by. The front desk was not v accommodating after, either.
- Craig VillamorFebruary 10, 2017Friendly & helpful staff. Decent but small rooms that are clean. Can be noisy.
- John GaltOctober 12, 2013Clean and well located. Not cheap but not excessive either ... Hey , it's NYC!
- Nice rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. And the most affordable room service in NYC.
- Decent hotel. Log into the free wi-fi in the lobby, it will then work in your room for 24 hours.
- Matt B.May 8, 2012Nice joint. Walk down 7 to Bella Napoli for a slice and up 7 to Mustang Sally's for a pint.
- Great views from the high floors - but beware of the late-night noise from the rooftop bar if you're on the 22nd floor!
- Ask for a full size ironing board ahead of time if you need one. The ones in the room are about 30 inches long with 3 inch legs - horrible!
- Hilton honors members get a free breakfast in the morning or 1000 bonus points!
- Anne-Marie RobinsonDecember 13, 201199 dollars for the night. Way better than hotel pennsylvania. Clean rooms. Great location.
