Eduardo Martínez Soto AlessiAugust 30, 2013The only perk is its location. Very bad service, ants in room. They charge you a daily Resort Fee for things that don't work (like Wi-Fi). Rooms are noisy and cleaning lady opens your door at 8:30am
If you are looking to relax DO NOT come during a "You Tube" convention!

Steph FAugust 30, 2013Bad service & cleaning, "free" wi-fi doesn't work and crew members are unhappy and bitter with no intention of helping. The rooms have little ants who are harmless but it's still disgusting.
Horrible place. Here for a trade show, they have security at the doors who are rude and physical. Rooms are dirty and you can hear sounds all night. Doors slam all night from others. Go to Hilton.
Good location but skip the overpriced, overlooked food at the bkfast buffer. And $17 for a bland omelette is no better. Too many places nearby to settle for this nasty grub.
It can be the best of times. It can be the worst of times. All depends on the staff.

The lobby bartender is a super creep and probably the worst tender of bar I've ever met!
