Standards have fallen. Bad service from wifi to staffs to the food quality. Sad... Feels more like "hill tan" hotel from petaling st. instead of Hilton.

Came here for their high tea and felt it wasn't worth the price. There were kids running around and some pastries were oversized. One staff got my order wrong and did not even apologize
