- Christy LandesDecember 13, 2017Best thing is the concierge, Gordon- could be working at any 5 Star place. He knew many spots to visit and everywhere they knew him and gave us great table, service, etc. Rooms could use updating.
- Dr Michael LangeNovember 15, 2019This is a nice place to come and relax And eat great food. Some very healthy items on the menu. My favorite is the chicken , goat cheese chicken salad. Dr Michael Lange gives five stars
- Nick ByramOctober 16, 2014Can't fault the place great facilities, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. All charges where clearly explained at check in.
- Sheree A.April 7, 2013The Aqua staff was super friendly!!! Mr. B, Tony, Luis, Brandon. Love the way they remembered our names & treated our kids so nicely. Slightly different than avg Hilton. Try & get a villa if you can!
- Tim SchneiderMay 28, 2013Butternut Squash soup is fantastic, and the salads are very good here. The only thing we did not like was the Crab sandwich. Overall, a nice place to eat, and very nice view of Mission Bay.
- JennNovember 10, 2011Great location - a huge pool area and near the bay. A great trail to walk or skate on and it is next to a large park. The restaurant has great food and the services is impeccable.
- Nick QuijanoSeptember 4, 2013Tuna Tartar is great, egg white Florentine is great, we ate at least one meal here everyday. It is worth the high prices (convenience and quality)
- JaredzMomMarch 24, 2013Ask for a room in the bungalows. Our room is clean, nice & pretty. The front desk agent, Hilary, is also awesome. She showed me around & took care of us.
- The bar menu is surprisingly good (not typical bar food) and most portions are very big. At happy hour, it's an exceptional value. Highly recommend the (unusual, spicy, delicious) calamari and the tun
- Jab PhotogJune 5, 2013One if my favorite hotels, the staff is great, Restaurants are never a miss and the grounds are impeccable!
- Andy GardosSeptember 17, 2011If you don't want to pay the $28/night parking, it looks like there are many free spots on the street outside the property. Although the on-site parking is very convenient.
- Sherri SibiskiAugust 12, 2010Get a room in the Tower. The bungalows are right next to the park and there's a lot of sketchy characters who could easily hop over the 4ft fence and onto your patio. Great hotel though! Read more
- The "Sand Box" is a new complementary game area on the resorts beach where resort guests can have a blast with the kids or friends.
- Loving this place. A room with garden view and firepit is awesome!!
- Erin AnnMarch 26, 2012Butternut squash soup is a delight. Their salad is great too. Pair your meal with red wine.
- When taking a selfie is in the top 3 of the top 12 things to do...
- Kate Carney MacdonaldMay 20, 2012Get a room facing the bay with a firepit... Totally worth the 20.00 for the wood and starter kit...
- Christy LandesDecember 13, 2017Avoid breakfast buffet. All options were dry and leathery with nobody caring to refresh or update. Lunch was ok but great view. Butternut squash soup and salad were good.
- William DaroffJanuary 9, 2012Bungalows are the best here - but request to not be on the ground floor for security & noise reasons.
- Robert CamachoJune 3, 2011Great food! The shrimp wrap was great. Obviously a little pricey considering location
- To those complaining about the parking fee. Try finding a decent hotel in the area that doesn't charge that much to park. Ill wait.
- Order the Tuna Tartar with chili oil and avocado. Holy Moly
- Do not book this place! They charge $34 a night for parking which was explained in Expedia, but as of Feb when we booked it.. there was no $19/night for the wifi etc etc bullshit unnecessary charges.
- Never stay here. Dirty. Hidden fees all over the place. They charge $35 per day for parking and then they like to surprise you with another $22 per day charge for accommodations. Horrible experience.
- Beds are pretty firm. Some of the hardest of all the Hilton properties I have stayed.
- Kevin KaneJune 17, 2017Really disgusted to get bacon in my vegetarian breakfast - even after discussing veggie options with the French waiter. Seriously not impressed - rubbish service.
- Ray LeeDecember 6, 2015Poorly managed on weekends. We preregistered a particular room weeks in advanced. The day before we checked in they told us 4 o'clock check in. Today, not happening. This sucks.
- Room 677 is the only room in the hotel without Internet
- Francisco MagallonJanuary 20, 2014This place sucks, $200 + $34 a night for a dirty old room, I would have stayed on a better place for this rate, this is a ripoff
- Very expensive, also they add 20% gratuity to everything so do not tip on anything. Also a fair amount of the staff is grumpy
