    The butterfly exhibit is great and I've always been a fan of the planetarium. Seeing Lois (the corpse flower) was anticlimactic, though I do enjoy my "Bring on the Funk" button.

    45 minutes of 4 way stops and bumper to bumper traffic, even using GPS. I finally gave up on Cockrell Butterfly Hall at the HMNS and the new Picasso exhibit at the MFAH. Traffic hell.

    Used to be a rather mediocre science museum ... but no longer ... The new Paleontology Hall is a massive improvement. Butterfly center remains a fantastic experience, especially with small children.

    Always ask too see if your company that you work for is on their corporate list! My gf said she worked for Chartis and we saved 20 dollars instantly!! Mark this comment good if it worked!

    One thing the HMNS has over my former Museum, the NMMNHS, is that they don't allow food in the large screen theater.

    Took the kids (ages 10, 8, 6, 3 and 17 months) each equipped with drawing pads, snacks and colorful pencils on Sunday.Let them draw their very own dinosaurs.Wonderful creative experience.Highly recomm
