Monserrat AAugust 20, 2014I managed a room upgrade because my room was facing the noisy elevator glad I did move I had a secluded bedroom. Nice folks they'll exchange your money for you at a decent rate.
The staff is superb! The room is beautiful. The view-fabois! The Wifi is perfect! May be all those bad complaints posted in May about lousy Wifi was during a transition period.
Paula Bendfeldt-DiazJuly 10, 2016The entrance to the parking lot is a nightmare. Also don't trust your GpS as it will take you underground and loose you. The plaza is under constriction so the view into the plaza is pretty bad.

Falk LademannMay 9, 2011A disappointment to all extend. The looks are terrible, the rooms feature quite old furniture along with a $5 radio and WiFI cost a lot and delivers nothing. Avoid this rip-off!
