- DennieAugust 5, 2013Great hotel, until you enter the room... It is so tiny! And i realy missed a mini bar.. The service and location are super!Upvoted 1 week ago
- 4 star hotel, you ve got to be kidding, reception is always busy and long que, just the location is good, i dont recommend for sure..
- Krzysztof GibekAugust 12, 2013Hotel is much better in real that in some reviews. Many nice and helpful people work there. Nice place, perfect location and not expensive in some offers. Very good restaurant.
- Security AnalystJuly 18, 2018Helpful friendly staff, smart doormen. Right-hand lift door at front elevator stack STILL has a fault
- Pretty good 4-star hotel. Excellent location and quite clean.Super busy during check-in/check-out hours. If you need the lift during this time, especially to/from the parking, be ready to wait 15 min
- A great locations amidst the restaurants and the pubs of one of LONDONS great squares
- Otel.comMay 29, 2012This hotel's leisure facilities are something to rave about. Check out the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Swimming lessons and aqua classes are also offered.
- Best location , two close parks to go for a morning run , Holland Park and Hyde Park , a run a day keeps you warm all day .
- My first trip to London. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, easy walk to the closest tube. I would definitely stay here again.
- Attending business event. Check in wasn’t pleasant, the room is good (executive) service is not that pleasant also. Big busy hotel wont choose but the event is here so i am saving time.
- Marcia Sem AcentoOctober 15, 2015Great location, near the tube (High Street Kensington), easy walk to. Rooms are neat, service is fine. Worth the price, but don't expect much in terms of luxury.
- Markus DarkusJanuary 11, 2014We got a free room upgrade. Free wife and a discount on breakfast. Lovely facilities. Very happy.
- lesley ingramMay 31, 2015The staff here are great very helpful and friendly room comfortable and close to all your needs
- Jackie Mason Was DempsterAugust 15, 2012Pay the extra £20 to upgrade. Larger newer room. Still a bargain at around £80! Bathroom smart, shower could be more powerful. Public areas lovely now refurb complete
- Rachel Louise MulhallNovember 30, 2010Excellent hotel...just off Kensington High Street...two minutes walk from the tube...no complaints whatsoever...will be staying there again on my next trip to London. Read more
- Burkay AdaligOctober 7, 2015Ending a long day with Lagavulin... Great selection of whiskies for a hotel bar - www.meleklerinpayi.com
- Very nice hotel! Great location! The rooms are small and they are renovating so it is noisy from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Liv HoulbergSeptember 23, 2012Great reception at arrival. Small but good room. Everything lived up to expectations, and no nobody pays me say this!
- Location. Close to metro station, bus stop, bike rent, food coirt and pharmacy.
- Pitu BlancoAugust 10, 2012Before the rebuild quality has developed. The place is strategic in central London. I'll be glad to come back
- I didnt like this place in the begging but turns out the service is good. They replaced my room immediately after i told them there is insects fleas i am not sure but they cooperated quickly
- Don't bring your cat. You wont be able to swing it in an exec room. If you are in a standard room it would be between you and cat who stayed
- Alesha DaileyJuly 30, 2013Room was nice, but small. Good location near the High Street Kensington tube. It was a VERY crowded hotel and it was hard to get help at the front desk when I needed directions, etc. Expensive WiFi!!
- If you need ac adaptor or any electronic appliance, go buy at few blocks on kensington road for the price the hotel rent ot for one day. Internet sucks here
- Emily BaxterNovember 11, 2013I wish I had checked out the reviews here before booking. Added charges everywhere. 10 pounds/day for wifi, service charges on top of room service in small print for shocking food. 8 quid to use pool.
- Pretty good location, quite close to several tube lines, but the hotel itself is a dump. The beds would be more comfortable if they were concrete slabs
- Richard FrancisDecember 28, 2015Rooms are very small and you have to pay extra to use the pool/spa area.
- Brandon BarnardMay 16, 2012Of course the website photos are only of the newly renovated areas i.e. the lobby and prob a display room of what it will eventually look like. Rooms are small an out dated. Bar is a ripoff. Don't go
- A✨December 18, 2018Very slow WiFi. Small rooms (i mean really) with inadequate lighting. Old building with old fashioned doors (heavy). No way that any receptionist will answer ur calls u’ve to go down. Bad room service
- BennnJanuary 5, 2011Very good hotel, good rooms and breakfast. I ll probably come back here in the next trip.
- Ricardo PinheiroJuly 30, 2013Despite of being well placed in London, wifi is too expensive. I got a Three SIM card and did some tethering, with better results.
- William ButlerSeptember 13, 2013Great location in Central London & while the rooms are small that didn't bug me. What *did* bug me was the having to pay £10 for wifi (per day!) & the connection wasn't even that great.
- In this day and age paying £9.95/day for Wifi is simply #outrageous.
- LivaNovember 30, 2011Obnoxious and braindead staff. Dishonest management (they stick guests in rooms with no heating, they don't keep the basic promises made on their website, pretend the wifi is "down just now..."
- The health centre is really good but in room facilities are pretty average for the price.
- Oğuzhan ErcanMay 11, 2016Nothing was good here. Hotel and its rooms are old. Hygiene problem is so obvious. Experience another hotel
- A✨December 18, 2018Bad experience.Unfriendly staff..worst room service with bad quality food(that might be presented with filthy used utensils!)+Poor admnistrative managmnt. WouldNOT recommend nor book in it again ever.
- You need to pay for internet and it isn't comfortable.
- Poky rooms and £15 extra for breakfast? I can't believe I came here again.
- Daniel ItzicovitchSeptember 29, 2015The hotel is Okay. But pay £ 9.95 per device per day to access the Internet? Absurd! If I knew it I wouldn't stay here. Forget it.
