- Hungry? Ask for a "Big John" sandwich. Double meat: brisket and pork, chopped together and put onto a kaiser roll. It's not on the menu.
- Can't leave without trying the pulled pork. Any good BBQ place ought to nail this classic - and they do!
- If you're on the fence about whether to get chopped pork or brisket, go for the pork. Both are good, but pork is better.
- When they say the host BBQ sauce is hot, they aren't kidding! Delicious.
