Gorgeous. The views of the lake are second to none. Better than even Diamond Peak's and Heavenly's. Being at lake level it doesn't always get a ton of snow. No crowds: would be great on powder day.

Smallish mountain, but so many hidden gems, amazing runs and lake views to swoon over. Don’t expect a lot of frills, but check out the Big Blue View Bar and don’t miss the lake views off Hidden Vein.

Westshore Cafe & Inn is right across the street and has an awesome restaurant and bar. Avoid the Homewood lodge food lines and crowds and enjoy your lunch.

Best tree skiing in Tahoe. Powder staches can be found for days after a storm. No attitude.

Be careful to check the lift opening. They charge you full price even when the lift are closed. You can use them still any other time during the same season, yet very inconvenient.
