- Don't complain when you get a room at a discount price and they put you in the cheapskate room..our room and time there was awesome
- Make sure you use your room safe. Got back to my room and found a stranger going through my things. Stole cash and shot through when confronted. Very scary.

- Ask the concierge to put you on the HOB Foundation Room guest list. Great atmosphere.
