Huge room overlooking the street. Nice to wake up looking at he trees outside. It's not noisy and only a short walk up the street into central Cambridge.

If you want some really great food and are prepared to spend some cash then this is the place to go. Excellent menu, great food and nice atmosphere.

Loved this hotel, nice room and lovely bistro food however service is very questionable. Make sure to double check your bill, as strange charges appeared!

Lovely afternoon tea here, especially the scones. Have it served in the Library rather than the Bar, which is more of an evening place. Book at least a day in advance!

Try Japas Sushi just a few doors up from the hotel. The only real sushi in Cambridge.

Excellent food, but the waitresses could have more attention to order details.

Room standards not as good as other HDV's. Avoid the Villa Maria room as a weird layout having to walk through a bathroom into the main area and very tight for space. Great food and drink as ever

On a Sunday morning breakfast should be about quantity and qualify...here you get neither. Have breakfast elsewhere, it's a rip off.

It's a mystery to me why this doesn't live up to the chain's standards. Its furst three months were promising. Needs a shake-up.

Lousy service. If it looks busy in the restaurant then go to Browns next door, you'll get your food about an hour faster.
