- Jackeline DíazJune 16, 2014Great location!!! Just steps from Times Square & Theather District. Also near subway stations. Really awesome election we made. Will definitely return to this hotel in any future visit!
- Ariela BealNovember 16, 2012The hotel and the rooms are simple, but you don't come to new york to enjoy your room! It's great to pass the night and relax. The location it's amazing, 10 steps from Times Square!Upvoted Feb 21
- Sebastian CastroFebruary 12, 2017Really nice hotel, near everywhere in Manhattan and a less than a block of Tines Square. Good price, nice service, good option.
- My third time staying here. You can't beat it for location price and accessibility . The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you want a five star hotel then stay someplace else. I love this hotel!
- Great location next to Times Square. The rooms were OK and the beds were hard but it was great for the price. The gym is really nice and everyone that works at the hotel is helpful and friendly.
- Malek AlmutairiJune 1, 2016Very convenient location, very clean. Taff was overall very good. Valet parking was expensive at 65$ per day, but typical for the area. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and free wifi
- Hubby & I came for "reverse honeymoon." Traveled from MIA to NYC for 5-day stay & got married day before coming home. Staff gave nice congrats gift at check-in. Location was awesome. Would come back.
- The best localization. But it's all. No wi-fi free, even in the lob, and a old and bad infrastructure. If you plan to stay here, loose most of your time on the streets and come back just to sleep. :)
- GiulianoFebruary 24, 2017Great hotel, employees are nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Don't have breakfast though. But, if you are in NY, you don't need it.
- Mark MatlockMarch 13, 2014Be sure to use the doorman for advice and help they know what's up. Bobby has been there for as long as I can remember.
- Christine AngelidiApril 7, 2016Footsteps from Time square, the staff is kind, recently renovated. Small room and bathroom, king size bed and clean!
- Otel.comJune 7, 2012The rooms are your sanctuary here with amenities such as 32-inch flat TV, free Wi-Fi, marble bathroom, room safe, coffee maker and more.
- Free wifi, baggage dispenser so you can go out before you need to check-in, very close to times square, comfy bed
- loran jonakFebruary 16, 2015Nice lobby, clean rooms. The decor hasn't been updated in a while but the rooms are nice and the location is great if you want to be close to Times Square.
- Ailyna TeaSeptember 19, 2019Do not buy the bus tickets to JFK in the concierge , the bus make 5 or even more stops in differents hotels in Manhattan, they dropped us late at the airport, careful take taxi
- Showering before 7am or after 12am is the only way to get the water running always on the same temperature! Cell phone signal sucks in lobby, but it gets better as u go higher!
- Majed AlNaeemDecember 21, 2018The best things of this hotel is the location, it's less than one minute walk to the Times sequare
- Bern RAugust 24, 2014Comfy beds, inexpensive large rooms (by NYC standards) but wi-fi was nonexistent in our room and the free wifi in the lobby was crap.
- Rooms are all of different sizes. The ones opposite the elevators are usually bigger
- Phil RubinApril 10, 2012I love this place. It's decrepit but awesome. Watch out for the hot pipe in the bathroom!
- Naiara DambrosoDecember 31, 2013Excellent location. The hotel is a bit old but overall it was a good experience.
- Morgan FieldsFebruary 9, 2015The showers are indeed haunted. It's a fun game of ice cold water vs scaulding hot water. Great location!
- JessicaJanuary 4, 2015the beds were super firm making it hard to sleep well at all. great location, though. no cafe which was weird.
- AApril 12, 2014They have good floors and bad, crappy old ones... Make sure you get a good one! 21 is good, 16 is bad.
- J Geoff Malta 🍸April 28, 2017Mirrored hallway where Luca walks to his doom, in The Godfather. [Under construction as of April, 2017]
- Ehh, old/tiny rooms but I guess that's how it is in NY at an older hotel. For the price it's okay I guess but I wasn't that impressed.
- Jennifer WongMarch 27, 2013Cheap(re) place to stay around time square but the elevators are really slow and rooms are small.
- Diego RufoApril 5, 2011"Godfather" and "Bullets over Broadway" were shot here, so there must be something in the air that reminds directors of crime and blood. Read more
- Dana MeeksMay 21, 2012Oh I can say is 9 elevator for 22 floors and ONE Ice Machine Anit nobody got time for that ..... Life is to short
- David RichardsonAugust 2, 2010Must try the summertime apricot ale and the cornhusker, best two beers going
- They charge you $8 / box online purchased😱its not worthing.... check the CQ hotel opposite to rockefeller center, better hotel, less crowded, not fee for online shopping...
- Kayla StegallFebruary 15, 2014I'll stay elsewhere next time I visit NYC. Some staff were pleasant, others not so much. Accommodations weren't very accommodating ..
- Panda SimoFebruary 14, 2016Too expensive for an old hotel and rooms full of mold. The hotel manager was very kind to try to help me but the mold was stronger! :-(
- Rami IsmailJune 7, 2016Amazing location, mediocre everything else. Hotel once had my partner sit in the lobby for 8 hours while I was delayed, despite repeated calls that she was with me.
