- Kirsten AlanaJune 2, 2014They don't open it all the time but if you can get up there, the 8th floor has one of the best views of Scottsdale in the valley.
- Della ZMay 20, 2013Loved staying at this hotel! Great pool parties on Saturday's and the food/drinks are awesome. The hotel is within walking distance to so many bars/restaurants. Highly recommend Hotel Valley Ho!

- Jill BraunJanuary 6, 2019My and my husband’s favorite staycation hotel! Has a great retro vibe. Pool area is always fun. Zuzu restaurant and bar in the lobby area has great food.
- Anthony DuranJanuary 23, 2017A great reasonably priced and located party hotel with great and accommodating staff. Was great to view the fireworks from the rooftop patio during the 4th of July one year.
- Angel RobinsonApril 16, 2020This hotel was the nicest and cleanest hotel that we ever had. The staves were so accommodating and nice. The pool area was so clean and safe for my children.
- GloverboyApril 6, 2015I love this family friendly hotel. Step back in time to the 1950's, but in real style.
- Bachelor10March 22, 2012Go up the white tower to the roof for a great 360-degree view and toast the bachelor before heading out on the town. Just make sure the guy who loves “The Hangover” isn’t trying to recreate it. Read more

- AmberDecember 8, 2014The bartender TJ was very courteous and knowledgeable ... Made me feel welcome and acted as if we had known each other for awhile. I'll def be back!!
- Nicole TempelApril 14, 2013Lovely rooms, wonderful outside areas but definitely very noisy. Great for parties, vacations and celebrations, but not so great for conferences or work events.
- Michæl BrettApril 4, 2016Great hotel but bring ear plugs if you want a good night sleep...can be noisy!
- Christine HaApril 4, 2016Mid-century modern decor. Nice ambience without the snootiness. Good boutique choice for bachelorette trip. 🏨
- Michelle D.March 25, 2015Rooms in wing 5 overlook the quiet pool not the big one. Recommended for a calmer stay.
- Tim MesserschmidtFebruary 16, 2016The hotel rooms are great and the staff is very helpful. Sadly the paid wifi isn't all that fantastic.
- Hotel for adults, cute retro chic place. Old rooms have no elevators to 2nd fl, but supposedly bigger rooms. Lime trees in fountain area!
- Michelle D.March 25, 2015If you don't stay in the tower the rooms are older so they're bigger -- but there are no elevators so you're carrying all luggage upstairs.
- Jai Oni SlyAugust 15, 2017The hotel was nice! Didn't understand why there was self parking and valet parking at the same price but whatever. Room was nice. Pool music was loud Saturday, with only guest entry so that was ok.
- Carolina MadridDecember 9, 2010They have Anchor Steam on tap - one of the best beers ever! And they serve is suuuper cold! The Vic is also next door, has amazing food.

- Hotel TonightJune 10, 2011The pool, featuring a martini glass and olive design, is so cool it has its own Facebook page. Don't miss it.
- Erik FinkApril 20, 2013While I appreciate the value of a boutique hotel. You should inform people that certain buildings don't have an elevator. Assclowns
- Glenn EbertJuly 14, 2011It's like The Morgans Hotel Group made Richie Cunningham Creative Director. The place is Scottsdale swank with an mod meets urban edge, without being pretentious like the failed Mondrian Scottsdale.
- Karlsson's VodkaApril 25, 2012Stop by the bar and try the 24K Lemonade cocktail - made with Karlsson's Gold Vodka!

- Kari Boyd SumneyFebruary 21, 2012Join Alliance Beverage in Penthouse Suite #2 for some yummy cocktails!
- Cecelia BustamanteOctober 18, 2011Really hip place with an retro island feel. Internet is really slow and testy, though.
- Don't count on a strong Internet signal. Bring your own wireless device/connection
- Stay at the tower, the other rooms are built in the stone ages and are crappy
- Mahin SciaccaMarch 31, 2013I was there on a gig. The valet was rude and an employee ignored me when I asked for directions to the room. Best Boutique Hotel?? Really? I'd rather go to the Clarendon.
- Best value and coolest Scottsdale hotel with swank but no attitude.
