- Bryan IsbellOctober 24, 2012Amazing hotel. Free wifi for rewards members. Daily wine reception (complimentary). Parking is $45, but valet is very prompt (less than 5 mins). Service exceeds other equiv hotels!
- Flora ChengJune 12, 2017You can ask the front desk for a variety of items such as picnic blanket, bike, flat iron, etc. There is also an umbrella in the room that you can borrow. There's no ac or windows in the gym.
- LaurissaMarch 25, 2015Big, clean room. Super friendly staff. And you can't beat having a yoga mat provided for you in your room! Will happily stay again.
- Krista VogelSeptember 1, 2014Nice hotel in a good location near lots of shopping and local transit, including the cable cars. Valet parking is $48 per day.

- Alfred ChewNovember 27, 2010Conveniently located near SF Shopping Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, Metreon, & Union Square. Ask for a room with a view of Market or Fourth.
- Kristina BabcockOctober 11, 2011Airport shuttle price is a bit much. $5 per reservation up front then another $10 at drop off at SFO. Bart is cheaper. Just takes about 10/15 longer. Shuttle should be complimentary...
- Heidi Kvamsdal-NaesheimJune 30, 2012Great hotel, great service and great location, I'll definately Stay here again !!
- RexOctober 24, 2017Do not stay on the 5th floor. Dirty Habit (restaurant/bar) is on that floor, and people are seated right outside the windows. I was charged for using the minibar and had to call to correct the error
- Make sure you become an In Touch member! $10 to raid the mini bar-woot!!
- Jeremy LeeApril 8, 2013Beware it is a fair walk to the rooms at the other end of the floor to the lifts
- Christine SmithMarch 7, 2014Current construction means no room service, lobby, etc. Not ideal - would've been nice to know before booking. No rate reduction despite the inconvenience.
- Avoid room 532 unless you want to bring the party to your room. It's across from the bar and next to the elevator.
- Christopher ScottApril 2, 2010Be sure to look out for Maverick, the bellboy-in-the-shape-of-a-chocolate-lab, behind the front desk!
- Alfred ChewNovember 27, 2010Get 25% off parking (only valet) if you drive a hybrid vehicle. Otherwise you pay the full $45/day.
- Ask for a goldfish in your room! Get a little "Guppy Love" while staying here.
- Please remember the free goldfish is not part of the mini bar.
- Bar on 5th floor has amazing selection of Bourbons, Wiskeys, Vodkas.
- The food is nice, but will take you half an hour to decode the menu, then expect to pay $10 per mouthful...
