Kenya consistently produces some of the most sought-after coffees in the world. “double-a” is the top grade and, at their best, they are comparable to fine dry red wine. The cup shows a medium body, bright tangy acidity & notes of blackberries & walnuts. For those who enjoy a lively brew.

Costa Rica Tarrazu
Rich, full bodied, pungent & bold, costa rican coffees are justifiably renowned for their quality & character. faintly smoky chocolate mixed w/ a lemony citrus tinge mark this "strictly hard bean" grade. It is shade- grown by a cooperative in the west central valley.guatemala huehuetenango grown in the volcanic soils of the huehuetenango region of western guatemala, this coffee has a pleasantly mild acidity, full velvety body, & a subtle sweetness. The aroma conveys spicy sugar cane, honey, & caramel notes.
Brazil Cerrado Dry Process
Brazil is the world's largest producer of coffee. some unique & distinctively delicious coffees are produced on the fazendas plantations of the interior cerrado region in minas gerais state.The ripe coffee cherries are picked & allowed to dry in the sun. the husk is then milled away, & the beans are sorted & graded for shipment. the cup has a heavy syrupy body, exceedingly mild acidity & characteristic tobacco-like "autumn leaf" note to the aroma.
Mexico Chiapas Organic Co-op Grown
Mexico provides some very pleasant coffees that are enjoyable for the novice coffee drinker as well as the true connoisseur. This is a very balanced coffee w/ a medium body, light acidity, & sweet caramel & floral notes.

For individuals who like a full bodied coffee, this is it. heavy body, low acid, herbal notes, w/ some earthy & mossy undertones. No wonder it’s a consistent pacific northwest favorite. grown near lake toba in the mandheling region of northern sumatra.
