I created my own custom roll -- shrimp, rice and fresh fruit in a soy wrap...next time I might try adding cream cheese and tempura crunchies.
If you don't like the saltiness of a traditional seaweed wrap, try the soy wrap...it doesn't compete with the other flavors in your roll.

They are taking forever, lunch is almost over and still no sushi :( be prepared to wait
