The pho was spot on, nice crisp veggies and the meat was fresh and tender. Ordered a thai iced tea and it was really good, not too syrupy. Had the fried eggrolls, they were just ok

The seafood pho is light and delicious, and I love the Vietnamese crepes too! This place is clean with friendly service!

Parking in the front can be challenged some time. There are lots of parking in the back for 2 hours.
